| - I have been perplexed as to why Los Angeles foot massages are so cheap compared to Las Vegas. I always see LA Yelpers complaining, and I have experienced cheap foot massages first hand (foot?) in LA. I have solved the mystery, and let me just say that you are pretty much going to pay the same for a foot massage regardless of where you go in Las Vegas. Therefore, price is not really a decisive factor in the Las Vegas foot massage market.
I went to Pure with a large group of people, and of the places I have been it is probably the best option if you are with a group of 5 or more because they have one large room filled with La-Z Boy style recliners allowing you and your group to really share in the experience. It is clean, and the service is good.
My complaint is that they do not accept credit cards even for a large amount. At one time, they did have a sign indicating that they accepted credit cards, and we went in with a group of at least 10. When it was time to pay, they said the machine was not working, but the interaction led us to believe otherwise. (I promise I am not a conspiracy theorist!)
The credit card issue is a personal pet peeve, but also, I think if you are going in with one other person or just yourself, it is nice to have the option for a more private experience. Being in a large room with strangers and exposed feet can be less than relaxing, especially if you are not on the town with your entourage.
