We stopped at the nearest AutoZone to get coolant for my MINI cooper. The customer service was horrible and it was difficult to find someone to even help us out !
The man didn't know what time of coolant my car would take and told my wife to google the answer! Umm do t you have a database or something you could find it in? Whatever happened to customer service !
We get to my car and my wife was reading the package for the dilution ratio as it stated it was not diluted. She is mechanic school and knows it's usually a 50/50 ratio. She couldn't find the information on the package and went inside to ask. The same man told us you don't dilute the product and just put it in!
My wife finally found the dilution ratio hidden under the label! There is a dilution chart !! This man is giving bad and unsafe information to the customers. My car wouldn't have cooled down properly without diluting it! AutoZone, make sure if your employees don't know, they say so instead of offering wrong advice !!!
