  • Checked out Zero Degrees today. Anyone who follows social media was probably anticipating this boba opening. This boba chain definitely is unique with mexican asian fusion drinks and snacks. What they really need to work on is their staff. I think my drink was overpriced and my order came out wrong. I ordered the elote combo + strawberry horchata & asked for light cheetos and tapatio on the side what did I get? A huge thick layer of hot cheetos. Not only that the glass bottle was an extra 1.50 and the nicer travel bottle is 12.99. Their competitors in CA give you the glass bottles for free! And I purchased the glass bottle they need to use erasable marker luckily I managed to get off the sharpie. This place really nickel and dimes customers. They also need to get their team together! As a customer it was funny/awkward to see the front and back staff not get along with service issues. I might or might not be back. The saving grace is the Strawberry Horchata. Starwberry Horchata and Matcha Horchata live up to the name and elote with hot cheetos was pretty good jusy think it needed some meat or something. *FYI I was only given a Bogo coupon when asked.
