rev:text	I say "Yay! I'm a fan" except for one reason and one reason only.....The deil department. I usually have a great experience, use the Kiosk at the entrance and order is always ready by the time I have finished my shopping; however, this past weekend I had a not so nice experience. I went to pick up my order and the deli clerks were helping other so I waited patiently. After about five minutes, which I agree is not long, one of the clerks asked me if I was waiting for a Kiosk order and what the number was. I told her and she said "As soon as he comes out I will tell him." So a minute later Dennis (he had a name tag on), the other deli clerk on shift, came out. She told him I was waiting to get my Kiosk order and he looked at me and shrugged his head as if to say "Oh well, she can wait." and that was that. He did not get my order, which was ready and just need to be handed to me. Another maybe minute went by and the female deli clerk on shift got my order for me. HOW RUDE! You don't treat customers like that. It would have taken him all but 30 secs just to hand me the order. The female clerk was in the middle of slicing another order so she could not help but HE was more than able to and just shrugged it off and completely ignored me. What is the purpose of using the Kiosk if the service is not good and they can quickly hand it over to you when you get there, IT TAKES 30 SECONDS OR LESS!!! I enjoy shopping at this Fry's'; the rest of the experience is always pleasant, the cashiers are very fast and there is usually never a line. The store is always stocked well. BUT this experience with deli really P____D me off. That was just plain rude!
