  • This is the worst Panera in the chain. I have said I'm not coming back but have made the mistake and did. The service is terrible, the restaurant is not clean, and the staff is horribly inefficient. If you're craving Panera, there is one in Southland and one in Squirrel Hill. Go the extra distance. You'll be happier.
