  • We bought a Sienna a few months ago. Martin our internet salesguy was really nice and honest. Straight to the point, no BS. This BAD REVIEW is for the SCUM FINANCE MANAGER, CESAR ROBLES. This Snake, Cesar Robles tried to sneak in 6 extra months of payments (extra $2,100) for his money-maker (EXTENDED WARRANTY SCAM) Also known as "Sucker's Insurance," the Finance manager Snake tried to slither his way into making us buy the idiotic Extended Warranty Scam!! DO NOT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY, PEOPLE. IT'S A SCAM! DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH! They get more commission selling Extended warranties (and other insurance) than they do selling cars. For every $12-35 that they pump on your monthly, THAT'S EXTRA $720- $2,100 OF COMMISSION THAT THEY PUT IN THEIR POCKET. This is your money down the drain. Be strong, Do Not get "sucker's insurance." Even if it may seem like only a few bucks, HE HAS INSERTED A FEW HIDDEN EXTRA MONTHS OF PAYMENTS UNDER YOUR NOSE. ALWAYS SAY NO TO EXTENDED WARRANTIES! An easier method would be to Cut them off right from the start. Say this: "Just letting you know right from the start, that we will NOT buy extra insurance, add-ons or Extended warranties -- none of that sort! We will not be paying a penny more than our agreed price and terms." Be smart people! Good luck!
