  • Whitney and I went in to look at engagement rings today, although we weren't sure if we were actually going to buy, we received excellent customer service and found so many things that we liked... At other jewelry stores you're usually sized up the minute you walk in the door. That wasn't the case here. So many people helped us and welcomed us, and then Ryan helped us through our shopping trip. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He showed us many styles within our price range, without making it about price (surprisingly important!). He encouraged us to find the diamond that we found value in and to not get hung up on any of the "4 C's". We sat down and went through everything, and he even gracefully excused my girlfriend so we could talk about the 'other' stuff, pricing, financing, warranty, etc. Great overall experience! Our purchase will be from Shane Co! Go see Ryan!
