We ventured here for restaurant week. After visiting Mortons last restaurant week this January, we decided to try Ruth Chris. The ambience was less than spectacular, and the service subpar. Not rude, just not what's expected. It may be restaurant week, but nothing should tier down because of that. The steaks were cooked properly, and the sides were good. Dessert was alright, but to be honest we were full at that point. The experience wasn't terrible, but not great. With other chop houses in Charlotte, we won't be visiting Ruth Chris again.
