I took my car here for an auto inspection. I can absolutely say that their business is very straight forward.
They let you know exactly what is going on with your vehicle. To my delight they even have video on demands related to your issues that they will show you -- or send to your email-- to illustrate the problem(s).
Relations...
They treat every customer as if they are a client in the making, and they have garnered a loyal following. I spoke with a few loyal customers.
Christian Brothers staff also provided expert advice on cars in general, and seemed to understand my concerns.
Atmosphere:
When you arrive, they will make you feel like a guest visiting someone's home. Fresh cut flowers in their cozy living room. Appointments are available on line so you don't need to wait. You're offered all the perks of a dealership! Refreshments, WiFi and even a friendly, clean shuttle service...
Caveat, along with the considerable niceties comes dealership prices.
Understand this well!
They will charge you diagnostic fee(s) even if you tell them [exactly] what is wrong with your car. In my case it was the AC Compression unit. That is what the diagnosis said... Which is precisely what I told them. Still they charged the fee. I understand why, but I wasn't happy, C'est La Vie.
Basically...
This is a true story about how a $23 state inspection can end up costing you nearly $400 bucks! Some of which I paid to learn much of what I already knew.
Having said that...
I am happy to end here. Giving credit where it is due. I genuinely appreciated their professionalism, service and courtesy.
