If I'm in an impulsive shopping mood, I'll go into this H&M because the messy displays and endless queues for the change rooms / cash register put me off spending money on their low-quality clothing every time. I can't remember the last time I bought anything from H&M that didn't look gross after a few washes. This store is jam-packed and there is obviously a staffing issue (not enough of them and lacking in presentation of product standards). The clothes seem creased and unappealing and all the different styles are mixed in and in various locations in the store. Luckily GAP is next door, if you want space and sanity when you shop.
