  • OMG - this place is HORRIBLE. Walked in and it is so uninviting. No theme of what they stand for, no decor at all. Ugly display case with Tupperware containers holding the baked goods like you would have on someone's kitchen counter. Flyers written in Sharpies of menu items, everything written in Sharpies, I believe. Nothing professional about this place. Two cheesy tables, a video game, I think I saw a bean bag chair in the back. Like it's Wayne's World's basement. One girl working and she was overwhelmed with two people waiting. Another employee guy in the back, grumpy and rude. Didn't want to help at all. Ice cream was bland and tasteless. Customer came BACK IN from outside to complain her boba was too sweet. Mad guy in the back made another, put in on the counter and goes right in the back. No apology. No customer service in this place at all! How you can claim this as a business and think you will remain in business when the two employees there don't even want to be there - is unbelievable. The place is a dump. Remnants of another business left behind. We will never go back and we give it a couple months before it shuts down.
