  • I love Brio! I used to always order pastas such as Pasta Brio but of late I've been obsessed with their wedge salads! Let me tell you about how savory it is! So it's a big piece of wedge lettuce as a whole, topped with bacon, tomatoes, blue cheese and their house made Parmesan dressing! This dressing is amazing! It's what has me addicted to this salad. I usually order this as a main course with grilled chicken and it is amazing! It's a great meal! Also their bread is addicting!! I love their flatbread, it's a top grains and Parmesan. It's delicious! I have yet to be disappointed with the service and quality of food. The atmosphere is serene, it can be an upscale classy dinner or it can be casual. I love the patio seating at night and it's a great environment to hang out with friends. BTW they have happy hour at 9PM to closing!! It's worth it!
