  • I am a current resident here and enjoy the place. I have never had issues with bugs -- but I do get my unit sprayed regularly. Maintenance is very responsive and always knock before entering. The pool and workout room are nice. The property has weekly maintenance of the landscape. My unit is quiet. No problems with neighbors. The front office -- Kim is a gem to deal with and the office manager has been great. The neighborhood is not the greatest, but close to the 101 and there is a nice coffee place, restaurant and nail salon nearby. I regularly take walks in the neighborhood behind the apartments with my dog.
