  • Oh my gosh. What a nightmare of a salon!!! I came in to fix one nail that broke. Since I was no where near my usual salon I popped into this one for a quick repair. The receptionist man was the one that did my nail and I'm guessing there is a reason he is manning the front and not at a station doing nails. My nail came out misshaped and insanely thick. It is completely deformed. Then after using gel he proceeded to file off the gel from the sides. I know it's usual to do a little filing to even out the clear gel but he completely took off the color. Then while I was paying he rudely put my card in the machine and pushed the buttons selecting debit or credit. I'm perfectly capable of using a credit card machine. He slaps the receipt down with a pen and turns and walks away. At no point was I rude to this man. In fact, I told him I may be looking for a new salon. You would think he would use that opportunity to win my future business but nope. I'm honestly shocked this place is still open. To top it off, one of the techs was outside screaming on the phone. Save yourself the hassle and go to CC nail spa!!!
