  • We were referred to use this company by American home shield. The tech came to the property and quickly said that we needed a new unit which cost $3,500. He said that the condenser and coil was crushed. I had another company check this out and they noted no problems . He also mentioned that the unit was leaking so I asked where it was leaking , he said that he did not know and that he did not test it due to the so called damage to the unit. His name was pilot, I think he was very unprofessional and did not give a hoot about using fact was in a hurry to get to another job. I had another company come over and they traced the leak and put freon in it not obviously costing me 3,500. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they are a joke and ripoff artists. If I could give them a zero I would. Do not use this company for anything if you do good luck!,,,,
