  • Do not stay here for any reason. We were ripped off for 54 CD on the exchange of $300 US. I expect a small service charge. Then, when we discovered they had stolen from us, they refused to change back. Very bad customer service. I've changed money at Hilton properties worldwide and never have had this happen. Worse, today when my wife went to get another $100 changed, she was offered $110!!!! Canadian. Making it up. Was the guy going to put the other $5 in his pocket? Where is the extra $18 going in the first place!? I got a lot of excuses and was told it's policy. Policy to steal money from Diamond members? I've now been told that its management company policy across Toronto so there you have it. Say NO to Hilton properties in the Toronto area. Hilton has made a huge mistake doing what Marriott has done in franchising its brands with these standards. Why not just use Priceline? The points they give you don't compensate for the rate difference and there are zero benefits otherwise. They're treating us like anyone else.
