| - I've had mailboxes with several UPS store locations over the years, and most of them have been good or great. This store isn't bad, but it looks like they're having problems figuring out their computer system. Soon after I started renting a box there, I had a package sent there to test that their email notifications work correctly (I requested this when I filled out the rental forms). I had a tracking number, and so I found out when the package arrived. The email notification, however, never arrived. I called them, and they verified the package was there, but they said that the email field in my customer record was blank. They entered in my email. I had another package sent there, and again the package arrived and there was a paper slip in my box, but no email. I mentioned this to the person at the counter, and she said she intends to call tech support, but she's really busy. I looked around and saw I was the only customer in the store, and I felt she was just trying to get rid of me. So I left.
I noticed there are other Yelp reviews of this store which also mention problems involving packages and their computer system. So, I think I'll stick with the UPS store in Henderson -- I never had problems with their email notifications. This store is in a more convenient location for me, but reliability is more important to me. The other store had a lot more customers coming in and out, and I think I now know why.
