Poke poku has great quality fish. It's fresh and cut in larger pieces so it's similar to Hawaiian poke. It's a poke bar so you can pick and chose what you want in your bowl or burrito. They give you options of white or brown rice or salad and you can top it with anything you want.
For my burrito I got it with salmon and yellowtail and tossed it in the poke poku sauce. It's their signature sauce but they have a bunch of different options as well. I topped mine with cucumbers spicy crab, avocado, corn and Masago. The flavors were spot on. They also put fried garlic and furikake on top of the rice so it adds great flavor and texture.
I can't wait to go back and try the bowls!
