  • I cannot thank Kimberly enough for helping me deal with a temporary, but very complex, confusing, and, to me, catastrophic event. Please add her to your list of One Nevada professionals who take the time to listen, then help members develop strategies for the best possible outcomes. For other One Nevada members who are required to deal with more than one regional office of the federal Social Security Administration, know that SSA offices in other states neither send nor receive communications with Nevada SSA offices, nor do they honor appropriately-documented commitments made by agents in the Las Vegas SSA office. Also, SSA agents in Las Vegas do not honor any commitments made by SSA National Hotline agents. Everyone I've ever dealt with at this One Nevada branch or by phone has been extremely courteous and helpful. I suspect that they all are as willing as Kimberly to go the extra mile, but I hope I never have to find out. Joanne
