rev:text	I've kind of been less than happy with this place. I've been threatened by patrons for no apparent reason other than saying hello. I'm talking, straight up screaming and follow you home kind of threats. Not cool. I know a bar manager and he told me to apply online. I have over 15 years of food and beverage experience as a head chef, a bartender, server, but I've never been a bar back. It was entry level so I applied. I have no previous experience as an actual bar back so I put that on my app. I was quickly turned down and when I asked why, the HR girl told me it's because I didn't list any experience...for a bar back? Are you kidding me?? Do I need to go to college to be a bar back?? And, the only way to get drinks on the floor is to sit right by a server station. Otherwise, the girls take way too long to get to you and when they do, it takes way too long to bring your order. Not happy. I'm the duke for check ins currently so not like I'm just passing through. I'm here a lot and it is getting worse and worse. And tonight is what convinced me to stop going here altogether. I sit next to a guy playing and we start talking. He's saying that he's been at it for awhile and nothing. I put 20 in and start saying out loud that all I want is a bonus. Strangest thing I ever saw. A bonus triggered without the necessary requirements for one. Total machine malfunction but in the wrong way...makes me wonder. Gambling is not being monitored by the commission like it's supposed to be. I'm noticing this in all casinos though. But, this malfunction was blatant and bold.
