  • This place is a joke! I walked in to get 4 balloons blown up & NO, I didn't call ahead because who would really think about calling ahead to get 4 balloons blown up. I walk in and some guy who says he was a manager but I didn't see that on his tag told me I could do one for your inconvenience. So it'll take you three minutes to blow up 4 balloons if that and you can't?! I have never walked into a party city and been told that they can't blow up my balloons for me. I guess I'll just keep going to the one on south Maryland.
