  • It could have been better! We just enjoyed walking around and decided to head in early to our reservation. This is our second time to the establishment and it holds a lot of good memory for us. We had a date here 2 years ago and it was incredible. The downfall was the waitress. I wish she would crack a smile and be more professional. I'm not sure she realized the impact she makes with her poor service. For the price of the food, I would expect better service. She treated it as if she's working at a local sports bar. The food was fine so this is quite upsetting. Considering it's valentines weekend, wouldn't you want to put in some effort for big tips?? Overall, I'll be skipping this place moving forward. Overpriced and horrible service!!! Thanks a lot for ruining my good memory at Gertrude.
