  • Classic Party Rentals delivered a mismatched tablecloth to my home last week. I called and requested that they exchange it and was surprised and pleased at the 'no problem', we will deliver another one today - response. This was Tuesday before the hectic Thanksgiving weekend. The person I spoke at the office was friendly and by late afternoon I had a new tablecloth. This was exceptional service that I really appreciated.
