  • I made an appointment for last Monday morning, and when I came in, I was instantly greeted, and directed to the counter to get my paperwork started. In the time before my appointment(about ten minutes) I was in at least brief contact with four or five people, and they were all very kind and welcoming. The woman who did my first test things with was really nice, and helpful in explaining things. Dr. Greyson did my exam, and he was kind and professional as well. The woman who helped me pick out my frames had a great energy, if that makes sense. She made it an enjoyable experience. Helpful in showing me around, and finding styles that I liked. I came back a couple days later to pick up my glasses, and it was also a positive experience. I was nervous to come in, after reading some of the reviews on here. Like, I almost cancelled my appointment. But I had an overall positive experience, and if you're thinking about coming here, don't let the negative reviews deter you.
