Booked w/this company thru Groupon. Made reservations a month in advance, called night before to make sure we were good to go for the 6:35am pick up at our resort the next morning. Assured we were good to go. The next morning 6:49am they hadn't showed, called & was told driver was running behind. At 7:12 called again & asked them to see where the driver was at? They checked & said the driver wasn't near our area & couldn't come back to get us, but if we want to drive to the Tropicana, we could get on the bus there! We had to get a Lyft driver to take us to the tour company, which isn't at the Tropicana, but located on Tropicana Ave. & thank goodness he knew that as we only told the Tropicana. Once we got there stood in a line for an hour to exchange our Groupon for tickets. Complained to manager who was rude & asked me "So what do u want me to do about it? How much did the Lyft driver cost you?" I told him, but told him that wasn't the point... if we had continued to wait at our resort as we were told, we would have missed going to the Grand Canyon. We had never been out here before & not sure if we will ever make it back..
This could have been a complete disaster if we had continued to wait as we were told for the "bus driver who was running late".
