  • Paul was very honest and was easy to talk to from the beginning of our Termite inspection. I originally wanted a WDIIR report and he let me know I only needed one if I was selling my house and I didn't need to pay for the inspection. Hard to believe anything is free anymore but I did not pay a dime for his time. I gladly would of paid him but I will keep them in mind for any pest control needs.
