I returned here on a Tuesday night afterwork. I won't go into the atmosphere since I described that in my first post. This time I decided to try the bison ribeye, which was really good. Tender with mushrooms / sauce that was delicious. The only reason I didn't give this review a five was due to the fact that although my entree was good, I don't believe the meat was cooked enough to fully render all of the fat. That being said I did order the steak rare, so partially my fault. If I were to order this item again I'd probably order medium rare. My colleague ordered the smaller of the filets, which I tasted and that was fantastic! I'm not sure how busy it gets on later week nights, but since they do take reservations you might as well make one prior to going just to be safe. Both times I went here we were able to make reservations the day of.
