Yang's offers a slightly fancier take on dim sum, but definitely charges you for it. You order off a paper menu as oppossed to carts and the place was very busy on a Sunday. The dim sum itself is off a high quality, and they try to add nicer ingredients to spice up each dish. The service speed and quality is okay, in line with most chinese restaurants. As mentioned before the dishes can be pricey, averaging to about $8 per order not including the special price items. Overall, a nice place for dim sum, and makes sense if you are celebrating an occasion and don't mind a larger bill.
