  • I had high hopes for Nimbus Scottsdale mainly because I love their beer but our visit definitely fell short. First we asked our server for recommendations for entrees but his response was underwhelming and made us wonder whether he'd actually tried the food. It took forever to get a beer both on the first round and the second. I ordered the Green Chile Pork Pot which sounded promising. The pork was not tender as described and the tortillas looked like they were store bought and they were cold. I'd probably return for the beer, but with the lack of service I don't know if its worth the hassle.
