  • I generally like idea of Panera. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. It was promptly served piping hot. I would be willing to bet that it was cooked ahead and then zapped in the microwave. If somebody from Panera let's me know that they ARE NOT microwaving there stuff I will take this review down. What next--hot pockets?
