| - First of all, they require upfront payment for every single service. There is no quicker way to make your patients feel like commodities or that it's "all about the money." Second, the front office staff, while not rude, wasn't particularly friendly either. Rarely looked up from their computers to greet or interact with me. Contrast this with my dental office, who consistently smile and ask me how my day was, etc. Third, while the doctor was very friendly, I did feel very rushed over the course of three appointments. At my first appointment, the doctor, instead of asking me what my symptoms were or about my problem, she fired off a list of diagnostic questions, then shooed me out the door. I know doctors are always short on time, but PLEASE give your patients at least a quick opportunity to speak at the beginning. There were medical issues that could have been pertinent to my case, but I wasn't given the chance to speak openly until after the questioning was over - and by then I had forgotten them. I'm not angry, just disappointed. If I did need further treatment/diagnosis at some point, I'll go elsewhere.
