  • I used to be a huge Criss Angel fan. Regardless of all the negative reviews I read, I still had to see his show. So we got 4 tickets to see it. Everytime his back was turned to us and he never showed his face, you knew it was a body double, as he was changing behind the screen. Then the double runs behind the screen and Criss comes out with a different outfit on. This was supposed to impress the audience on how fact he can change. Then there were multiple times we could see the trap doors where he escapes from on stage. And the black mesh screen that attempts to hide the wires holding him up as he descends on the stage or floats up are obvious. I will give his dancers credit though, they were probably the best choreographed and talented dancers of all the shows we saw in Vegas. I wouldn't waste my money to see this again, and I can't stand to watch his tv shows anymore either after this experience. It just turned 4 of his biggest fans, to 4 of his worst. People also began leaving the show before it was over out of disgust. We were glad we purchased the cheapest seats available. I believe $70 a ticket.
