rev:text	I,m a newbie to the E Cigg. & went online searching for a Good Clove juice for my Ego U. I went through a Lot of blogs/e cigg Forums. I kept seeing good comments about how people loved her Clove flavors/variety of other tasty e-liquids so I had to give it a try. I contacted Dawn & she was Very Helpful to help me find what I was looking for so I could be successful on my objective to get away from these nasty Clove Cigars. I explained I was looking for a simulation to the old Djarum Specials but I wanted to retain the Low Nic. level(1.6). Just a note I tried going through a local vendor & his concauction made me VERY lightheaded so I knew the level was too high. I ordered the 15ml Clove juice & Dawn made a suggestion I try the Cowgirl Silver(Carmel Flavor) & her Djarum liquid. I was blown away when she offered to send them as freebies. I rec'd. them in a timely manner. The prices for her products are Very Reasonable & so was the shipping!. I rec'd it 3 days later & mixed them up. I added a hint of a minty mist I already had to get that old throat feeling of a Clove.. For my first time mixing I was I blown away on how similar it was. I even had my Husband try it. He doesn't smoke but had tried my Djarum Specials a few times & even He even agreed! Here is where Dawns service surpassed my best expectations. I noticed that within 24hrs. my Plastic Tank/tip seemed to be cracking/melting & leaked on my shirt. This was NOT her fault but from what I read it seems that the Fruit Flavors/Clove will tend to do this to plastic. The local vendor I had bought my unit from just said No Oil. I know her juices DON'T have oil or it would have left a stain on my shirt/couch. I first emailed & then called to let her know. She said she thought most people were aware of this but realized that being new at this I wasn't aware. I did more reading & now have educated myself more & even shared some new info. with her on some other flavors that may be an issue to plastic. She was greatful for my input & to rectify my problem she sent me a FREE 510 Atty to tide me over until she got a shipment of Glass Tanks in 2 weeks. While I'm here I HIGHLY recommend the Glass Tanks/Alum-metal tips. This will avoid any mishaps. THE TOPPER IS SHE INC. A NOTE TO REMIND HER IN 2 WEEKS TO SEND ME A GLASS TANK AT NO CHARGE!!!. C.S. can't get any better than this! I will in turn order some more flavors at that time to show how much I appreciate her unbelievable service. Thanks Dawn! I feel confident now tha I'm on my way to better my health & never to return to inhaling Tar/chemicals.
