  • So first I have to say that a lot of tenets complain about management but I have to disagree. She has been nothing but respectful and listen to everything I have to say. I all so pay my rent on time so no reason to have an issue. Despite her hard efforts she can not control a lot of tenets that live in here. I am leaving next month and although I have met some amazing people in here they are not any where near building 15. It's extremely ghetto and do not try and help neighbors because they will automatically accuse of stealing things even when you do not have a car to get to the location you were accused of. They are extremely racist and will waisted their day making sure everyone knows about anyone. Extremely Ghetto! It's not building 15 it's the one to the left so do not move in over there. Unfortunately management can't fix personalities but if you like to not ever leave your apartment so that you won't be called derogatory names in front of your kids, go right ahead. The few people who are amazing here do not deal with the local trailer park drama that comes with living here. Just very sad because the manager is so amazing.
