  • Tried to get a replacement laptop keyboard ordered by phone. Called 5 times. Was promised a call-back the next day (or in a day or two after availability was checked) each and every time. Never happened. If you need a cheap cable, fine. If you need service, go elsewhere. EDIT: So, 3 days after posting this review, it happened. They called me back, with a two week lead time and a ridiculous price (more than double the going price on-line with shipping included, plus labour, which on an hourly rate would seem to be $300 - based on the 20 minute instructional guide online). I told them no thanks; but thanks to Yelp it seems I got their attention.
