  • So I used them a second time and still the frustrating scheduling issues. The measurement appointment was an hour and a half late, and the installation (when we had moved all the furniture out of our bedroom already) was an entire day late. We were told that someone there should have notified us that the carpet was not delivered on time and installation was moved back a day, but we weren't. We only found out after we called 2 hours after the installers didn't show. Their service and scheduling is terrible, they're getting 3 stars because we got 360 square feet of carpet installed for $600
