I can't thank Jim enough for solving the "mysterious" problem with my car. After getting so many repairs done and spending thousands, I still felt like something wasn't right and no one seemed to know what it was. I'm so glad I brought my car here, Jim really took the time to inspect it. I was getting ready to sell my car cause her health kept declining and I didn't think I'd ever find out what was wrong but thanks to him I can enjoy it a little longer.
From my experience, I feel like most corporate auto repair shops are too busy to give a thorough inspection and the owners at private shops are too cheap to hire skilled technicians. What really upsets me is that this was such a basic maintenance repair, something that these other mechanics should've recommended if they'd taken the time to do their jobs right. For 2 years, not one person could correctly diagnose the main issue.
Anyway, I'm glad my car is running better than it has in a long time. And I'm glad I've found an honest and reliable person to trust my car and future cars with. Thank you, Jim! It's running great!
