rev:text	I saw the BBT featured on the Food Network years ago and I've been wanting to try it ever since. Since I live in Louisiana, that wasn't something that could be easily accomplished, but I finally got my chance. I ordered one of their popular Polish platters (white) along with some golabki (cabbage rolls), which are one of my favorite foods. Unfortunately, the platter was pretty bland and the haluski were merely OK. It was somewhat of a disappointment, but I'm glad that I finally tried it.
