| - Literally THE BEST PLACE I HAVE WVER WORKED OUT AT!
shall i set the scene for you? Okay. I will take that as a yes!
I'm 36, 50lbs overweight, vegan, somewhat lazy, very unmotivated.
I saw this place had a 2 week free trial and thought why not give it a go?
Here i am 3 weeks later, I've been every single day!!! I even went twice one day! It's amazing!!!!!
The facility: super clean, super tidy, well organized, lots of space!
The staff: all 3 are amazing! Rinnah, Chris and Percy are exactly the combination of personalities that make this team like a family! Percy is the serious quiet encourager, Rinnah is super sweet and kind and always smiling while keeping you motivated and Chris is always cracking a joke or ten while telling you to go faster and lift heavier!
The peeps who come to train: everyone is lovely! I'm rubbish at these exercises but can train alongside super fit athletes because it's all adaptable for your ability! I love the 7:30am crew!!
The workout itself: expect to be pushed to your limit and tired - but it's only 45 minutes so it's manageable! I go back every day even when I'm exhausted!
Results: in my first week since i weighed myself i lost 7lbs! I wish i had been tracking my weight the first week! (My friend lost 10lbs, in case you think i might be an exception to the rule!) ...
