  • My Husband and I have been living in Eden apartments for a month now. Matt and Marty in the office are still incredible and will do anything to make sure you are taken care of. Couple of things that made me knock my rating down a star... * The second floor apartments lack storage like the first floor apartments. The first floor apartments have a seperate laundry area. The Second floor apartments single storage close becomes the laundry area, and even more frustrating I have to put my washer inside the ONE closet and my dryer outside in the outside storage, which is super inconvenient. Evidently someone thought it was a good idea to install the 210 Outlet OUTSIDE instead of in the closet by the washer hook up. Oi. * The sprinklers run FAR too often, I'm slightly eco concious and every time I hear them turn on I cringe. Once they ran all night and flooded the entire complex. * There are lots and lots of unsupervised children running around on weekends. I've seen them throwing rocks at windows, chasing each other, swearing at each other, and a few times asking me for money. *The Gym is only open during business hours. Totally useless to someone that works 9:30am to 7pm *I have continued issues with their website. I wasn't able to apply online, I had issues creating an online account to pay rent, luckily Marty is incredible and got to the bottom of the issues for me. All in all, this is still a great place to live. I wish we had waited for a first floor apartment, and I would have had I know about the storage differences. Maybe when our lease is up they will have an open first-floor because I do really like this property, I just need somewhere to put my coats and linens and tool box lol
