This place is awful. I returned two items and got a gift card with the credited amount. About 2 months later I tried to use the gift card and they said it was flagged for fraud. After 30 min of watching the employee wait on the phone for someone to help him, he gave up. I went back the following day and got the same result. I have wasted an hour of my time and still do not have an answer as to why my gift card was flagged, then drained of its balance and still no response from the management of Best Buy. Do the right thing and take care of your customers. It was your error and now I am out a good chunk of change and an hour of my time due to an error caused by your staff/company.
