  • They were dispatched as part of a pool warranty. The guy (Charles Bird) came out, tore the equipment apart, then left without putting anything back together. I called to try to get him back out to put the equipment back together, but they don't answer the phone nor have they returned my calls. Needless to say, we wouldn't use them again.
