  • I have been going to the Benedum for many years and always have CLO and PSO season tickets. I enjoy a glass of wine or a bottle of water before the performance and sometimes during intermission. It was enjoyable to sit and talk to friends. Management put an end to that. They eliminate the very nice and convenient bars at the theater and balcony level and make you walk to a new public bar or a new private bar section for members only. The area stinks, There are no seats or chairs in the area and only little tables to stand around. If you try to walk back to one of the beautiful side rooms and sit on a comfortable chair or bench you have spilled half your drink. You also waste a lot of time. What ever management idiot thought of this dumb idea should be fired. We no longer have a group that can enjoy the evening. Some need walking assistance . They cant walk to the, just about empty, new area and certainty cant carry a drink , or stand for long time at a tiny table. We wont be getting our season tickets next year.
