  • Two of four current staff members are absolutely terrible. I do not trust them with anything and yes they are very hostile. They have no idea how to behave in their jobs, where they need to greet people and account for all packages. It is so simple yet they make picking up my mail just like pulling teeth! To the owner of this store--Please, do some new hiring, my day does not need to be ruined by picking up my mail! These two are very rude and very, very inaccurate! I pay good money to have a secured mailbox. My old UPS store had the best workers--this is night and day.
