I had my first appointment with Jeannette on 2/7, and scheduled the follow up appointment for 3/7.
Since then I have tried to reschedule the follow up appointment (the groupon I purchased covers 2 sessions). I left voice mails at both of the spa #'s 623-935-9928 & 480-553-2113. I have also sent an email to naturalhealingwatersaz@gmail.com.
Last Saturday I drove to the spa twice during office hours. You could tell someone was in the office, but the door was locked and they didn't answer.
I'm terribly disappointed! First by the fact that Jeannette had set the original appointment with me, but when I showed up was surprised and unprepared. Second by the unethical way they've responded to my attempts to complete our transaction.
I am not sure I would have trusted them to "clean my colon" had I seen a review like this. It is very disheartening.
If you don't want to do something, at least have the decency to let the clients know. I realize that the groupon is only a fraction of what the service normally runs. However the purpose of the groupon should have been to grow the business, not drive potential customers away.
