| - Harkins has really been stepping up its game as of recent. Revamping all of their theaters to include an open bar (and you can bring the drinks into the movie!) with sports games playing, and this location now also has theaters with leather reclining chairs! And for the select movies that are showing in the theaters with reclining chairs, you can reserve your seat online or at the ticket booth, so you won't have to worry about sitting in the first row.
Along with the remodeling of this theater, it now also includes the "CINE 1," which is essentially the same thing as the Cine Capri at Tempe Marketplace (speakers above and all around you, AND it has the coveted Dolby Atmos). Key differences at the CINE 1 is that it is not as large of a screen as the Cine Capri, but it does include the nice leather recliner chairs. And I'm not talking about your grandpas designated recliner that has a lever for you to pull--these ones are luxury and have a button for you to press that slowly lays you back and brings out the foot rest so that you can adjust to the most comfortable position.
Has your standard concession stand as you walk in, with flavored salt, butter dispensers, straws, napkins, etc. on each side of the theater.
All in all--extremely impressed. There's a reason why I go to Harkins over any other theaters.
