Went here to pick up our order of roasted chile after ordering a 40lb batch through their annual Hatch chile sale and decided to try it out for lunch. My husband had a huge smothered shredded beef burro with red sauce and I had their shrimp fajita burro Christmas style. Both agreed that the green sauce, the flavor, and slow cooked feeling of everything was the closest to actual New Mexican style (which he grew up on with the g-parents) we've gotten in the valley. The green sauce is the star for me, but that slow, cooked beef was also heavenly. Such a good meal - worth the drive from Phoenix.
