for starters the place is nice, relaxing and has potential. I entered the spa on a day pass as i was a guest of the hotel. nice locker rooms, and appearance is very nice, but small. Ive been to a few spas in vegas so i do have a pretty good comparison point. Things went downhill when the steam room was only partially operating (i say 60%)and made a obnoxious noise when it turned on. i sat in the steam room for about 30 mins, but got frustrated and decided to goto the dry sauna instead. The dry sauna is not set up properly and is maybe 80 degrees tops, i think the gym itself might have been hotter. i did like the whirlpool area. I took a dip in the hot and cold tubs and even a little nap. I told the attendant about the steam and sauna and he said he has complained a few times and it takes the customers complaining to do anything. On my way out i did voice my concern that the amenities werent working properly (steam and sauna) and the stay wasnt as relaxing as i had hoped. The people at the front desk just kinda shrugged and said have a nice day. Was hoping for like a discount off the visit or another day pass or something. Wishful thinking. I went to the spa as it had good reviews, but the place really needs to invest in the equipment and some customer service training.
