rev:text	Horrible service. If you want to call them up for something, expect to wait at least 30 minutes on the phone after they place you on hold. Doesn't matter if you have a quick question or stock check, whatever it is, prepare to wait. I brought my dress here for alteration b/c this is the closest place to where I live, and plus I just moved here recently so I don't know any good alteration places in town. I thought since it's a bridal place and they have done so many dress alterations, they have to know how to do it right. I was so so so so wrong. It cost me $400 for basic alteration like taking in at the side seam and hem of the dress. They screw up the hem, pick a thread on the dress so you could tell it was picked, and the hem was uneven. I had to go there for more than 3x to have it fitted and fixed. It was still not fixed. After the 3rd time, I was so annoyed so I just paid and took my dress and left, b/c they still couldn't get the hem right and the side seam was terrible. Oh, guess what, after I took the dress home, they left pins sewn inside my dress. I literally mean inside the fabric and lining, not just pinned to the fabric where you can just remove it. If you want to remove the pins, you have to open the stitches to do so. I couldn't believe they ruin my dress. I asked to speak with the manager and the excuse that was given to me was, well it was the fabric, it's not their fault that the thread was picked on the dress. I was furious. If I could give them no star I would have. People were rude too. A nightmare! Don't go to this place. What a waste of time and money.
