WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Just had the manager Wyatt yell at me because I asked for a refund in the difference between packages that were supposed to go out on Monday and were not shipped as promised. He had promised me over the phone to let me ship the packages 3 day for the same price since it was their fault. Then when he saw how much it would be he changed his mind and then acted like I was crazy for expecting what he had promised. Now I wasted half my day dealing with this.
